This personalised service is what helps to create a beautiful home and an enjoyable building process.  Terry personally supervises all his projects and only builds a limited number of projects at any one time so that he is not overcommitted and will ensure every detail of your project is finished to the highest of standards.

We have a select group of tradesmen that Terry has hand picked over many years, most of which have been working with him for approximately 8 years. This all makes for an exceptionally finished home delivered to you in a professional and timely manner.  Terry is the only person who you will be dealing with every step of the way. This way you will never go through that feeling of who should we call, the salesman, the manager or the supervisor? None of that, “well the salesman said this was included” or “that was also meant to be included”, the typical things that can happen when you deal with larger building companies.
